Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-27
My League ("we") processes the personal information of people who use the My League app and website (the "Service") in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we process and why, how we protect it, and what rights you have.
1. Information we process
- Sign-in: the unique ID of your Kakao, Google or Apple account, and your nickname (display name). We do not collect your email address or phone number.
- Match records: sport, rules, venue (a name you type), date and time, the score log, the players you played with or guest names you typed, and approval status.
- Pro subscription: a random ID that tells purchases apart (buyer ID), the product, status and expiry date, and the store used. Card details are handled by Apple and Google; we never receive them.
- Ads: advertising ID (Android advertising ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking), device and app information, and IP address, collected by Google AdMob; and the transaction number used to confirm a rewarded ad.
- Generated automatically: server logs such as IP address, access time and app version.
2. Information that stays on your device
- Scores in Scoreboard-only mode stay on your device and are never sent to our server. They are deleted when you finish.
- The camera is used only to read your opponent's QR code. Nothing is recorded or sent.
- Your photo library is used only to save a result image. Photos are never sent to our server.
3. Why we process it
- To identify you and keep you signed in
- To store matches, confirm official matches through your opponent's approval, and show records and rankings
- To check subscriptions, provide Pro benefits and answer payment questions
- To show ads, confirm ad rewards and prevent abuse
- To keep the Service stable, analyse errors and produce statistics that cannot identify you
4. What other users see
Your nickname and the records of matches you played are visible to the other players in those matches. Official match results also remain in your opponent's record.
5. Retention and deletion
- When you delete your account, we immediately delete your nickname, sign-in ID, buyer ID and subscription information, and delete unfinished matches.
- Official matches your opponent approved are also part of their record, so we keep them with your name removed so you cannot be identified.
- Ad reward records and server logs are kept for up to one year for abuse checks and security, then deleted.
- Information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the required period.
- Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or give your personal information to third parties, except where the law requires it.
7. Service providers and international transfers
We use the providers below to run the Service, so your information is transferred abroad. It is sent over the network whenever you use the Service, and each provider protects it under contract, including standard contractual clauses where needed.
- Fly.io, Inc. (USA): server hosting; stored in Singapore
- Neon, Inc. (USA): database; stored in Singapore
- Google LLC (USA): AdMob ads, Google sign-in, Google Play billing
- Apple Inc. (USA): Sign in with Apple, App Store billing
- Kakao Corp. (Korea): Kakao sign-in
- RevenueCat, Inc. (USA): subscription status (buyer ID, purchase history)
- 650 Industries, Inc. (Expo, USA): app update delivery (device and app information)
If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to sign up, or delete your account. Features that need sign-in will then be unavailable.
8. Ads and opting out of personalised ads
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent screen lets you choose about personalised ads before you see your first ad.
- iOS: turn tracking off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads.
- If you opt out you see the same number of ads, just not based on your interests. Pro subscribers see no ads.
9. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. You can change your nickname or delete your account yourself under Profile in the app; send any other request to the contact below. We reply within 10 days.
If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to data portability and to object, and you can complain to your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (ads), and our legitimate interests (abuse prevention and security).
Cancel Pro in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
10. How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage, and the server stores only what it needs.
- Admin access is limited to named accounts with two-step verification, and every access is logged.
11. Children
Children under 14 (or under the age of digital consent where they live) may not sign up without a parent's consent. If we learn that a child signed up without it, we delete their information.

13. Changes
This policy takes effect on 2026-10-27. We will announce changes in the app or on this website 7 days before they take effect.
